As a registered member of the Learning Network, you will be able to share and upload documents, create wiki documents, provide comments, and participate in forum discussions and online working groups within the Communities of Practice.

Through the Virtual Resources Centre, registered users can:

• Access the extensive documentation in the knowledge database through user-defined searches
• Contribute new documents to the knowledge database
• Comment on any files or documents in the database – your comments will be permanently captured in the database to allow for further learning and development
• Share Lessons Learned and Best Practices
• Find a colleague, expert or practitioner in a particular field of expertise or by geographic distribution in the Expert Directory

Through the Virtual Learning Centre, registered users can:

• Access tools, guides, manuals and other learning materials for their use
• Contribute new learning materials to share with others

In the Communities of Practice, registered members are invited to:

• Contribute to workspaces and discussions on current and relevant LD and SLM topics
• Participate in Forums on an array of topics with diverse input from the LD community
• Participate in Groups on specific LD and SLM topics
• Create wiki documents for collaboration
• Hold real-time online collaboration sessions

Registered users can also submit updates to appear in the News and Events section of the Learning Network.
